Translation:Il fait des tartines avec du beurre et de la confiture.
I wrote "il fait une tartine" and was corrected to "il fait des tartines". Is it really so impossible that someone would confine themselves to a single slice of bread?
Bad English. What does it mean, "spreading sliced bread with something"? Nobody spreads bread here, right? What is spread is butter. And jam. For God's sake, I'm getting tired of all this.
