"I love pawpaws"
I am a native English speaker, and I have never heard anybody say "pawpaw" except as a rural informal name for a grandfather. A quick Google search shows that this is a term used in some parts of the world, but papaya is much more widespread and would make for a much better sentence, in my opinion.
Guys can you not colonize a language? We are using Duolingo to learn other languages....other experiences. In this section of the world they don't call them papaya
Yeah, I'm Australian and it's what we call it but I was surprised to see it here. "Papaya" should be added as well.
