Student forgets password but our board usernames have no actual email
I have numerous grade 4-5 students who need to reset passwords. Our board set emails are not actually emails so we have nowhere to go to get the email on how to reset accounts. How do we reset passwords for accounts in this case.
In this particular instance, I would suggest these e-mails being changed to actual e-mail addresses that are accessible by the students and their parents.
