Is there a difference between "gern" and "gerne"? (And by the way, is my sentence correct?)

There isn't a difference between "gern" and "gerne" (source: I literally asked the very same question to my German penpal when I first started German). And your sentence is right. :)

It's actually "Vielen Dank," because "danke" is just the conjugation of the verb and "Dank" (as a noun) doesn't have a plural form. Anyway, gern geschehen. :)
