te - indirect object
Te pregunta algo - I ask you something (I ask something to/of you)

te - direct object
Te veo - I see you.

ti - prepositional pronoun
Tengo algo para ti. I have something for you.
NOTE: ti changes after "con": Estoy contigo. I am with you.

tu - possessive pronoun
Es tu abrigo. It is your coat.

tú - subject pronoun
Tú eres mi mejor amigo. You are my best friend.

Su is for usted/él/ella.
