Incorrect English. "That's the men's toilet" (not accepted) is correct.

Surely this is "That is the men's toilet" after all "Choo" is toilet and not room (nyumbani)?

I was taught not to mention "choo" in Swahili, which is maybe why they avoid the word "toilet" in their translation above and translate it to "men's room" instead. (Isn't this correct in US English?)

To politely ask where the toilet is, you are supposed to use the euphemism, "Ninahitaji kujisaidia" ("I need to help myself"), but from the Swahili answer above, it looks like it is OK to use the word "choo" when pointing to it.

I like the Tonga euphemism, where you tell someone you need to wash your feet. I guess Tonga guys have bad aim.
