I wondered the same thing. Is "alguna" the article "una"? That's what it says in the comment. Furthermore, "una" is not in the selection. Maybe an error in test construction? ?

i looked up alguno on spanishdict.com. Definition 1.c. is “a” and it says that it can be used “in interrogative or negative clauses.”

The example given is:

¿Tienes alguna camiseta que me puedes prestar? — Do you have a shirt that you can lend me?
