In 178 days, i have finished the DUO TREE.
Hallo leute, Today is a great day in my conquest to learn German. In 178 days, i have finished the DUO TREE. I assume that my level don't let me curretly to speak. but, at less, i think that i have a good quantity of vocabilarly. German will be my forth language.
But, ABER... here, I want to see some thing : A BIG CONGRATULATION TO THE DUO TEAM. REALY YOU DO A GREAT WORK. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. AND GOOD CONTINUATION. I WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT YOU. DUO YOUR ARE A GREAT EXPLOIT.
Ich denke, ich muss DUO etwas sagen. Vielen Dank für dieses geniale Produkt. Freundlich.
Es berührt als Deutscher so unglaublich mein Herz zu hören, dass Menschen mit Freude Deutsch lernen. Das ist als Engflischsprachiger vielleicht schwer zu verstehen (-;. Ihr seid echt klasse.
Its really touching my heart to hear as a German that so many people enjoy learning German and are so sucsessful. (Maybe thats hard to understan for a English native speaker) You are amazing!
Not hard to understand at all. You're proud of your people, your language, and who/where you come from. You are passionate and excited for other people learning something that is important to you and are compassionate towards other individuals being successful.
If someone couldn't understand, I would feel a little disheartened towards them. You sound like a great person.
hallo i find that it s a very interessting language. some times i love it, some other time i less love it. but i am sur that it will be my seconde language in my future life and note like now, my forth one. Freundlich.
Hi Chelsie. A duo tree (or a Duolingo tree) is the long list of balls that you see on your homescreen. Once you get all of them gold, then you finished a "tree". Each language has it's own tree. I hope this helps!
Congratulations!!! Are you going to make a reverse tree? Will you improve the language? And what are your first three languages?
Dankeschön. Yes i will keep going and make many times the duo tree. It will help me to remember the vocabularies. My other languages are : arabic, fransh and english. I hope to have the B1 level in german before the end of the year.
good job, try out the stories and try to repeat them they are so helpful. a big thank you to the team, I have learned a lot in two weeks
Congratulations friend! Great job! Yes, I agree; thank you Duolingo team! This is an awesome website!
Great Job! Since i've had german and french in middle school i think that now, some 10 years later i might have what it takes to rush through something like german without a problem. I'll try it soon.
I must say the same. I just started yesterday, and I am already learning the Deutsch verbs! I am taking German I next year, and this has prepared me greatly in just one day! Danke, Duo!
That's great! I have been learning to "mówić po polsku" for the last month and a half, and I am sorry to say, I am not nearly that far I would want to be... and it should be easy for me, since I am Czech and the language is so similar! I speak English and a little bit French and I want to do the German course as well one of these days. The courses are certainly well thought through and I like learning this way.
I have just one problem: there are additions for Spanish courses such as stories and podcasts, so a learner can do a little bit more and level up outside the tree. It would be awesome if we were able to learn more in other languages as well. (Although I understand the position of Spanish as the main language beside English, here in Europe, we have other important languages as well - such as the main languages of the EU -, and there are world languages that are getting more and more important. I'd really appreciate if I can learn them in a more in-depth manner in here as well. Duolingo might easily become the best language learning site there is. Give us beta versions, give us even "gamma versions" - it would be better than nothing. :)
I think even for the German courses there are additions :stories and podcasts try to visit the "Labs" on the top of the page. (not on the phone site but on the web on).
Oh, so happy to hear someone learning Polish! There is a great podcast for Polish learners (Misja Kraków) that might be what you're looking for. It's not grammar or teaching per se, but rather an adventure story in which the main character (and the listener!) solve a mystery by using the heroine's growing Polish vocabulary. Pretty cool! It's free, interesting, and was developed to teach listening skills for the A1 level. (The Mission Europe series is also available in German and French, but I've only done the Polish one so far.)
I think you mean "alpha" not "gamma" versions. Typically, though, most places don't release alpha versions.
