“Señal de pare”, “Señal de alto” or “Señal de stop”, depending on the place.

It depends on country. In Chile is "Disco pare" (lit.: Stop disc), because they have the word PARE. In Spain is "Stop". In Mexico is "Señal de alto" (Stop sign).

In Granada, Espana I saw some stop signs that said "STOP" in English. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=432345669699&set=a.432307414699.202563.548344699&type=3&theater
