Link not working

For some mysterious reason, I can't get this link working:

I got a comment from somebody and wanted to take a look at it, but each time I try to load the discussion (it's called "Duolingo 4.0 is now available in the App Store!"), nothing happens.

I can't even this discussion amongst other discussions on the forum. What's happening?
