You would never ask somebody what they "love", you only ask what they "like". I think the given English translation is unnatural and the version with "like" should be accepted.

Shouldn't "which" instead of "what" be accepted? Sounds more natural to me, altho i am a non-native

I think "What flowers do you love" is asking for the type of flower that you like in general, whereas "Which flowers do you love" is asking for you to tell the speaker which flowers you like from a set of flowers that you both can see; like if you were both in a store and were picking out flowers or something.
