Why is my course reseted?
Hello, Today I logged in my account and saw that my Japanese tree has been restarted. Is it possible that it has restarted itself or is somebody hacked in my account? I really do not know so I am asking for solving this issue. I tried taking "Placement test" but it did not leave much impact on my Japanese tree. I almost had half of golden tree and now it is gone. I really hope that Duolingo team will somehow solve this issue with my account (Japanese tree). I really tried to practice my Japanese on this app, but I now think it is even dangerous to leave my information here. I feel threatened, as if somebody is reading my information like in some book. Today I am disappointed in Duolingo. I hope not that somebody is not using my information in wrong way , I hope that is just a minor bug. Goodbye!
Your account shows unusual behavior recently. For example, on the 8th of May it shows almost 20 lessons completed in under one minute. Staff have probably detected a problem and corrected it (and likely notified you of their actions).

Thanks ignore my last comment. Therefore, you say 20 lessons, weird! Why then is not my Russian tree deleted?

No idea why your Japanese tree is weird and Russian is intact. Good job on reporting it; staff have a lot more tools than I do and they should be able to get to the bottom of it.
