Norway. The land of breathtakingly beautiful landscapes, well-organised infrastructure and dugnad. It really sounds like a heavenly place, no matter what Jo Nesbø’s novels tell us. Yet when looking at the names on the map of this great Nordic nation, you may easily mistake it for a gateway to the fiery pits of Helvete. And no, Hell is not one of those names. Hell, Norway is a pretty boring little town about 40 minutes east of Trondheim. If you ever fly to Trondheim and drive or take the bus into the city, you'll pass right through it.
