So far, among the German restaurants I have visited I have failed to find a single one with a bath(room). Every single one is (by regulation, I guess) equipped with at least one toilet. Euphemisms in one regional dialect of English sound just plain silly elsewhere.

To an English person bathroom is totally different from the toilet so would the Germany call the bathroom toilette
