Why not?

Whether such a phrase would be considered a stock phrase can be debated, but I don't see any problem with the idea of one Klingon offering hospitality to another.

As I said, you can debate whether Klingons would recognize that as a stock phrase. If you're questioning whether it's idiomatic, then yes, it is, and I don't know if the phrase would be used in Klingon. You seemed to be questioning whether a Klingon would offer hospitality, and that's what I answered.
