They accept and iirc even offer as the default translation "I feel good" for "ich fühle mich gut", so they definitely should accept the same translation in the negative as well.

Additionally doesn't "I feel good" translate this better anyway, since the alternative could refer to expressions like "I (can) feel well (=accurately) with my hands"?
