So im curious as to what this "stiff porridge" is, that seems to have such great powers! Is it wheat, teff, rice, oats, or what??? I know in Nigeria they make up a pretty stiff cream-of-wheat type stuff (farina), called fu-fu. Is it the same thing, or something different? Cuz farina is not really that healthy, it is pure carbs.
