Unlike English, where the word "my" is genderless and numberless, in Russian you must change the word depending on the gender or number of the object(s) possessed(regardless of the gender of the speaker).

Моё = my (neuter), ie. моё яблоко

Моя = my (feminine), ie. моя мама

Мои = my (plural), ie. мои яблоки

Мой = my (masculine), ie. мой папа

Меня = me

'Мои' and 'мой' on forvo. They sound noticably different to me, although this is less clear in the DL TTS voice.
Even if you can't hear the difference, obviously whatever follows 'мои' will be plural.
