Arabic has moved!
For the first time I've ever noticed it's no longer 0% in the incubator.
Of course, this might well not mean a whole lot, but it's encouraging to see at last some signs of life.
Honestly I don't really know how that figure is calculated, but it does show you that we're actually adding stuff to the tree, which is true ;)
We are paying extra care to quality so quantifying our progress doesn't make much sense to me IMO. We'll try to update the estimated time for the beta release whenever we feel we should. It's now set to October 1, 2018 =)
Amgad, are you getting a qualified person (in the linguistic aspects of the Arabic course) to proof read the text before launching the course?
I found many errors (grammar, vocabulary and spelling) in the Arabic text of the English for Arabic speakers course. It would be really disappointing to launch the Arabic program with such errors.
I have students who are learning Arabic and I've been waiting patiently for the launch of this course. I have to say I am concerned about the quality of this course after trialing the English for Arabic speakers course.
I've been keeping an eye on it every few weeks... it's been 'stuck on 68%' for quite a while now. So disappointing that one of the most widely spoken languages in the world is not up there yet!
