what is the difference between hast, habe, haben, etc.

i need help!!!!!!!!!!!

The verb "haben" (to have) needs to be conjugated and has a different form for every personal pronoun:

ich habe - I have

du hast - you have (informal)

er/sie/es hat - he/she/it/ has

wir haben - we have

ihr habt - you have (when you talk to a group of people you know well)

sie/Sie haben - they/you have (Sie with a capital S being the formal version you use when you don't know people well enough to say "du" to them yet. It is used both to formally address a single person or a group of people.)
