I would probably ask "Do you need any cheese?" - but "Do you need cheese?" is probably just as valid.

I would translate "Do you need any cheese?" as "Potřebuješ nějaký sýr?". But I am not too good in the nuances on the English side.

I am not sure if we have and whether we should have any equivalent for the "any" in the Czech sentence.

I'm confused. What's the difference between Potrebujete and Potrebujes (sorry my keyboard doesn't have accents).

Potřebuješ is on the T (ty) side and potřebujete on the V side (vy) íf the T-V distinction https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T%E2%80%93V_distinction

And potřebujete can also be just a plural for multiple people. It should be in the tips and notes.
