Ano, nikdo neslíbil, že zde bude vždy ten nejčastější. Možná ještě v řešeních, ale v zadáních k tomu důvod není.

I would probably ask "Do you need any cheese?" - but "Do you need cheese?" is probably just as valid.

I would translate "Do you need any cheese?" as "Potřebuješ nějaký sýr?". But I am not too good in the nuances on the English side.

I am not sure if we have and whether we should have any equivalent for the "any" in the Czech sentence.
