What's the difference between misikiti and misikitini?

Basically:

misikiti = (the) mosques
misikitini = to/at/from (the) mosques

the 'ni' at the end is a locative, it lets us know that you are there or will be going there for example niko nyumbani (I am at home), or nitaenda kanisani (I will go to church)

Can 'wanakwenda' form be also correct? I've seen it in a soviet book on Swahili
