Just lost my 141 days streak despite my streak freeze.

I had streak freeze, I remember that I checked it at 17/06/2018. But when I opened the app again (at 18/06/2018) my streak was gone but streak freeze wasn't used.

Looking at your progress page, the entire area with daily XP is missing. Even if you hadn’t used DL for a week, I would expect to see at least the empy graphics. This looks very much like a glitch, which you might want to report in the troubleshooting area.

I reported it. Wish they see and fix this. There was also no pop-up appeared to say something like "you lost your strike, wanna repair it for a few bucks" which appeared after I lost my 30 day streak (I really lost that one, another case :D)

How did you report it? I lost mine 6 days ago (I'm on day 6 of my new streak so I know when it happened, but had had ~264 when it zeroed - with streak freeze purchased! - and felt crushed. I assumed it was a glitch but didn't know I could report it. (I lost a 30 day streak when I first started Duo and didn't want that again so have been faithful with keeping a current streak freze bought should I be away from Duo for a day and always rebuy when used) How did you do that - report it and get it restored, I mean? Thanks!

Did you know you can buy your streak back for a couple dollars? If you want you streak back really bad, I would suggest you to look into this. Sorry about your streak being lost. I know your frustrated you probably feel. :(

There is no option like that. The pop-up didn't appear when I opened Duo and saw that the strike was lost. It usually shows, I have seen that pop-up but not this time.

Saved_by_Christ - I didn't know that you could buy back a lost streak. Interesting. I always try to check that my streak freeze is in place because once I was working later at night and went into past midnight and lost my streak. Thankfully it wasn't a big one; I learned my lesson.

this just happened to me also 2 days ago, I had a 181 day streak, Feel your Pain. Perhaps this is on purpose to get the web users to but Plus?

I think it's more likely to be a glitch. If they wanted people to buy plus, they would be adding plus features such as "chat with natives" or "get in-depth lessons" etc.
