Wouldn't it be "le conoces"?
Why not "That mister, do you know him?"
In British English at least, nobody would say 'that mister'. While some dialects do address unknown men as 'mister' ("Oi, mister! You forgot your coat!"), even those speakers would say 'do you know that gentleman'.
Because "that mister" sounds very strange in english
Why not, that sir, do you know him?
'Sir' is a formal way of addressing someone in English if you don't know his name. No native English speaker I've ever met would say 'that sir' when they meant 'that gentleman'.
Why not, "That guy, do you know him?" Like you are speaking to a friend.
Wouldn't that be 'ese tipo'? Much more informal.
Why not this
ese = that
este = this
why isnt it "lo connoces ese señor?"
'That fellow, do you know him?' no accepted
