a little question about grammar

Hello! So I want someone to answer me a question, that has been in my head for a really long time. First of all, English is not my first language so some things that are actually obvious for native English speakers are not necessarily obvious for me ;-) so, what is the difference between "denne fantastiske personen ", "den fantastiske personen " og "fantastiske personen "? these aren´t examples from the course, but I´m pretty sure I´ve heard all of these forms. I´d be really thankful if you helped me!

So what you're seeing is a matter of specificity - this is usually described in terms of locality.
Imagine that you are driving with a friend. They suddenly say 'en fantastisk bil!' - which car are they talking about? It could be any. But if they said 'den fantastiske bilen' - perhaps they point at another car on the road. They are talking about a specific car. And if they said 'denne fantastiske bilen' - then they would be specifically talking about the car they are currently in.

The same thing goes with temporal examples - if you are talking about music: en sang (any song), den sangen (a specific song, either heard at a distance or something other than what is currently playing), denne sangen (the music that you are currently listening to)

In the case of 'fantastiske personen' - the most common uses of dropping the 'denne' tend to be set phrases: hele tiden, for example. I would not be entirely surprised if in slang or dialect you could occasionally drop them as well, but it wouldn't strictly speaking be grammatically correct.
