Cuenta cuenta?

I read the following sentence in an article:

'... dijo Trump esta tarde, en cuenta cuenta de Twitter.'

What exactly does 'cuenta cuenta' mean? The closest translation I have found online so far is, 'account'?

Thanks in advance!

Yes. Cuenta means 'account'. But, I must tell you that sentence was miswritten. The author probably wanted to say... dijo esta tarde Trump, en su cuenta de Twitter. 'said this evening Trump, in his Twitter account'

Gracias! I was wondering whether it was a mistake, so that makes sense! :)

A mistake. It should had been "su cuenta de Twitter", "his Twitter account".

It should be only one "cuenta", and how they have said, it means "account".
