Beelinguapp: Learn Languages with Audiobooks
Hello guys! Do you have any experience with this app? https://www.beelinguapp.com/.
What an awesome app!! I've been dying for something like this to help with my oral comprehension. Merci beaucoup ! Have a lingot. :)
Just downloaded it on my tablet (android, hence I didn't say "ipad"). It wouldn't let me do the facebook login for some reason, but thankfully the google login worked. I've only checked out one story so far, but I'll definitely keeping using it :). I'm not someone who likes to look up words when reading, so it'll be a big help for me. They even have all of my languages :)
I like the new feature where you can read news stories flipping between source and target language for each paragraph. I don't actually like listening to the stories because I just don't like the sound of the voices. This is just my personal preference. That being said, I think it is an excellent app, and I wish I liked listening to it. It has a wide variety of free stories that you can try before you decide whether you want a subscription.
I have been using this app for months now. I tell everyone I can about it. It's so good~
What exactly is the difference between free and premium, besides being able to download the stories? It's offered me a discounted year of premium, but if all those stories I see in the library are available for free, I see no need to get more for long time yet. Or are they only free for a little while?
Ok, I noticed one thing: Out of 25 stories in the Beginner Spanish set, 7 have a dollar sign, and are marked as premium. So I guess some of the stories are locked unless I upgrade. That still leaves 18 to work on for a while.
If there's nothing else, I guess I can wait for a while before upgrading.
