My sentence "she was unlucky and crashed into the car in front OF her" was not accepted but "she was unlucky and crashed into the car in front her" (without OF) was accepted. I have two questions. Can i use "in front her" without OF? Should not my sentence be accepted?

No, in English you can't say "in front her." "Of" must be there.

"...crashed the car..." not possible?

If you "crash a car" it means you are driving it and damage it in an accident or just by hitting something. If you crash "into a car" you hit that car with your vehicle or with yourself.

Why not "She was unlucky and she hit the car in front of her." ?

The second "she" isn't needed, but it's not incorrect. I have added translations that include it.
