"chalDaq, ghorDaq je law'bej Doch."

Translation:There are definitely many things in the sky and on the surface.

Minor point: the comma between chalDaq and ghorDaq is unnecessary and might be confusing.

This sentence is an adapted version of chalDaq, ghorDaq je law'bej Doch, Horey'So. 'ej puSqu' Dochmey'e' neH najbogh QeDlIj. from Hamlet ("There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy."); the comma was in the original.

Other than that, though, you're probably right.

Can you not use tu'lu' with -bej to say "There is definitely..." ?

Yes; Dochmey law' (lu)tu'lu'bej is fine.
