"My German today..." should be accepted as well. Word order is not so rigid in English as in German, fortunately.

I think the majority of English speakers would say very good ILO so good. Both I believe should be accepted. As I would hope the goal is to have the students sound as natural as possible while speaking English and not like someone right off the boat.

"So good" sounds weird and unnatural, "very good" should be accepted
