Going to want ... Is this a normal saying in English or Spanish? I am not a native English speaker. Can someone tell me please?

"...going to want..." is equivalent to "...will want..."

Yes, either phrase is normal (standard) English.

The English translation sounds completely unnatural to me - with this odd construction - is going to want to speak...

@Perlio

English Translation:
"He is going to want to speak with us."

...correct English!
