Translation:Ella está bebiendo agua en la clase.

Now this is the misconception I tried to point out earlier. This exercise gives a faulty sentence to be translated. It should be: "She is drinking water in the classroom. By using ."..in class" the room is excluded, so the only right translation refers to that she is drinking during the 'teaching'/'learning' in class. But that is not the case here; .".. en la clase" is ment to say: 'in the classroom'.

So am I right or Am I RIGHT ?

Clase is both class (as in coursework), and class (as in the room you do coursework in). Other words for classroom include el aula and salón de clase.
