When I reach Level 25

When I finally reach Level 25, can I continue to improve by reviewing the levels I've done and by reading and studying the stories in the lab?

I recommend learning English as a Spanish speaker. The reverse tree has surprised me with how much it reinforces what I have learned in English to Spanish and taught me a few new things as well. I also work on translating articles (just for myself of course!) in Spanish newspapers - El PaĆs is my favourite right now. Radio Ambulante is an awesome podcast that publishes their transcripts online. I'm a lazy learner though, and because I can understand written Spanish so much faster now sometimes I just sit there and read the news in Spanish for half an hour or so.

As for listening skills, Duolingo's podcast surprised me with how fantastic it turned out to be, and there's always news in slow spanish - you might surprise yourself with how easy it is to understand the intermediate Spanish intro. Radio Ambulante is fast be warned, Spanish spoken at a normal rate still leaves me hanging on for dear life. Still, it's funny how your ear adjusts after a while. Just don't stop practicing!

Yep, though I would move the bulk of your learning off Duolingo, and use it as more of a reinforcement tool. That's what I'll be doing with French (hit 25 but still have to finish the course).

The only thing that changes once you reach language level 25 is that the language level stops increasing. That's it!

Absolutely, I finished level 25 with the old tree, then tried to complete it when it switched to the crown system (came close) and now doing it with the expanded crown system (former beta Spanish.) Lots of new stuff and am finding it challenging. Lots of new words for stuff I learned with different words. I already did the reverse tree and would recommend it as well. Starting it again on the crown system, but delaying so I can concentrate on the new Spanish tree. As for the stories in labs. Yep, do them again, tried them when they first came out. Challenging. Then did them again before new tree, was amazed at how much I learned in that short time.

Sure, but you don't have to wait until level 25. You can start now.
