New "skill tree" update completely ruined Summer assigments

The most recent "skill tree" update completely changed my students learning path. I like the update, but I need the old skill tree to finish the preassigned Summer lessons for my class. Can my students revert back to a non-updated version to complete their Summer assignments?

Unfortunately, I don't think Duolingo's staff will do that.

Update of my text (with respect to https://forum.duolingo.com/comment/28020936$comment_id=28027778):

When I registered my account as a teacher on schools.duolingo.com 4 days ago with two (empty) foreign classrooms (PT-DE, PT-EN), my newer EN-SP tree (520 lessons) was instantly switched back to the old EN-SP tree.

This happened for three A/B testing trees including EN-SP!

Hi Thomas,
Maybe the new version of the course "Spanish for English" speakers" is not in an A/B test anymore.
In this account (being a teacher and a student) I also have the new version (113 skills).

Hi Pentaan,

yes, I would think so.
Big roll out to everyone sequentially in batches.

This would actually explain what Maestro.Burns is describing in his new comment above.

However, this was not the case for my own teacher account only 4 days ago.

You can recognize a teacher's account in www.duolingo.com/users/username by looking for "num_classrooms"

I have had a teacher account for 2 1/2 years and have did around 14 different classes in that time. During the summer I only teach a handful of students and it converted over during my summer class. If you are going to reply, please use accurate responses. Thanks.

I think we should respect that Thomas.Heiss gave his answer in good faith, attempting to help. No matter how much someone knows about how this site works, it's always possible that there's one more thing to discover, or something that's happened recently.

I am so sorry.
Didn't want to hurt your feelings, really!
