Where are mobile grammar tips?

I just started Duolingo again, mostly sticking to it on my phone when I have a few minutes throughout the day. I see plenty of other posts asking about grammar tips on mobile, with Duolingo saying they are working on other features, and we still don't have them for Android.

Many of the threads I found were 3 or 4 years old already. Grammar is such an important thing to know for learning, why is it still missing?

You can see 9 "tips and notes" buttons on your SHOF progress (web) page: http://www.duome.eu/insaniaksin/progress

and we still don't have them for Android.

I read about that there may be new beta tests with IOS users for a new mobile "tips and notes" design:

I had asked therein for some screenshots.

The user said that there are special grammar tips for each skill on the IOS app, even the new EN-SP tree only has 9 "tips and notes" on the website and the old EN-SP tree only had 13.

Grammar tips are not on the mobile apps but you should be able to access them via your mobile browser and the website
