Troubleshooting in English

I have been using duolingo.com to learn Spanish and have set up my profile on this platform. When I try to open duolingo in the app I am advised my e-mail address is already in use.....obviously! How can I use the app platform?

It sounds like you're selecting the option to make a new account on the app, when what you really want to do is log in as a current user.
