It accepted "chamarra" but said it's "un buena chamarra." I don't think so.

Definitely should be accepted. And in Spanish "clima" = "climate", "weather" = "tiempo". Reported on 2018/09/30

Did you report it? Posting here in the discussion section won't help Duolingo fix their errors. But if you actually report it, the folks at Duolingo often update the app with corrections.
