Where to download on-screen keyboard with Devanagari script? Please tell me!

In your computer go to Control panel, find Languages. Go to Change Language preferences and go to Add a language, then you can choose from the options. You can see it in the lower right corner of your computer and go back and forth from English to Hindi or any other.
