Is that the Hindi translation of "It is overcast today"? The English version here sounds odd. I don't think any native speaker in North America would say this. Maybe we would say that the sun is behind the clouds today, but we would never say that the sun is not in the sky today.
Yeah, this does sound a little awkward. It's a word-for-word translation, but "It is overcast today" might not be the best translation. Maybe the sun just exploded, so it's not there even though there are no clouds :P
