Go Czech go!
I'm currently dedicating all my time to goldening the German tree and finishing the Czech one (quite a long way to go).
Anybody else doing the same?
THANKS A LOT DUOLINGO. THIS APP IS SAVING MY LIFE!
i am learning czech as well! but i am a native german :D it is cool to see someone learning it, how do you like it?
I live in the Czech Republic. Even though I speak a lot already, Duolingo is helping me a lot with the grammar.
It is interesting to see people learning my native language. I am so proud that there are so many people learning czech:)
Yes. You might not know it, but Czech is not that easy! Specially with all those cases! It's kind of hard to think that a simple noun can be written in 7 or 9 different ways...
Yeah, you are absolutely right. Is might be kind of hard to learn it with all these difficulties. But I am surprised that there are so many people learning czech.
Yes indeed! You can join my Czech club here if you want: TAHH6M or my German club here: HB83AW
Would you mind joining my club to help me practice: TAHH6M (Clubs are only available on the app btw)
I just started the Czech tree too! I'm using it to refresh what I already know. Good luck!
For those interested a rough translation: I've been recently in the czech republik during holidays. Whenever I travel into another country I want to get familiar with the respective language. Since I find the czech language exciting, I continued learning it. When I am traveling to the czech republik (czechia) next time, my language skills are hopefully a little bit better.
PS.: Ich habe "weiterfahren" zuvor noch nie als Synonym für "fortfahren" gesehen
Yes, I read that s/he learns german, but in case s/he needs it and for all those who'ld like to know but don't speak german. And the thing about "weiterfahren" is really interesting, I didn't know that. Thanks.
I am doing kind of the opposite. My native language is English but I took German in high school many years ago. So now I am working on making my Czech tree golden and working on finishing my German tree. I am still at the beginning of my German tree though.
Well done on reaching level 25 in Czech. That's one of my goals. I've recently done it with German, now I'm goldening the tree. I'm slowly progressing trough the Czech tree since that's not my main priority (check my profile).
It sounds like we are working on the same goal in opposite languages. I am slowly progressing in German which is not my main priority. But I am working toward level 25 in German and goldening my Czech tree. I am impressed with all your languages!! I only have two which is plenty for me now. In the future maybe adding Polish which would be helpful where I am living. Then whenever I move back to the states Spanish would be helpful in some places, but we'll see.
