Why are there two versions of the conjugation of GIOCARE? I.e. lui gioca, lui giuoca
I don't think there really are. The word "giuoco" exists but dictionaries immediately send you through to "gioco" I can't remember seeing "giuocare", at least not in modern Italian. Forget it and learn "giocare".
