My really problem here, is my inability to read and spell in english. I thought it said, " it is not fair."
OK -- I agree. I got lost with fair - feria - costumbre. I don't see everything you see.
It doesn't work here because it is a feminine noun, "La feria", so you need to use "una". "Un" is used with masculine nouns.
Oops. What I'm trying to say is that costumbre is singular and shouldn't be "No es una costumbres"
