"I doubt Andi likes Tini" or "I doubt that Andi likes Tini"
Agreed, the English translation by Duolingo doesn't make sense.
Yeah, no one would ever say "I am doubtful..." sounds unnatural
I think it is okay to say "I am doubtful..." but not with "if". It would be "I am doubtful that..."
Tini Tono and Andi really need to talk and work things out
You can be doubtful about something, you can doubt something, or you can doubt that something is true.
"I am doubtful that" also works
;) let's ask Andi himself...
Giant plot twist. Andi actually likes me!
I wonder if Andi likes Tini =salah. Why? Okay, I am not a native speaker of English, maybe it should be "whether" instead of "if".
