Anyone else find themselves having to repeat lessons constantly due to spotty internet connection (iPhone App)?

I have a 15 minute ride on the subway (in NYC) and have been doing lessons on the train.

I don't think a day has gone by where I haven't gotten the message "don't worry, we've saved your progress" and my progress doesn't get saved. Usually I have enough time to complete two lessons and the 2nd lesson doesn't save.

I guess the repetition is good to help with memory, but seriously, how hard is it to save a persistant queue of actions that doesn't get cleared until a 200 status is received? Clowny iPhone app needs work...
