Let me be more specific - "siang" is 11am to 2pm. I'm getting tired of wrong answers!!!!!
Dead right, either side of lunch.
The instruction should be more specific. "Siang" is late morning to early afternoon. "Sore" is later in the afternoon.
I was taught something like this: Selamat pagi: Morning, until 11; Selamat siang: about 11 to 2; Selamat soré: 2 to sunset; Selamat malang: sunset into the night.
But I thought there were more, can't remember though
Is it ssssss-iang or sh-iang?
It was pronounced shiang
"Selamat petang" is Good afternoon. I thought "siang" is day
