Agreed. 'Is' and 'refrigerator' are the only options available (and not 'Are' and 'refrigerators') so I am unable to construct the sentence 'Are refrigerators produced here?'.
An alternative translation would be 'Is the refrigerator produced here?' but 'the' is also not an option.
In addition I can't report this. There is no 'there is a problem with the english translation' check box under the report button. Instead I checked all the check boxes hoping that that will be interpreted as 'this person obviously has a problem, perhaps he has left a clue in the comments. I'd better go check'.
