Fin klänning / hennes fina klänning

Why if I translate "nice dress" it says "fin", but in case of "her nice dress" it says "fina"?

Objects "owned" by something are treated as if they were definite.

I guess it's the definite form as in 'den fina klänning". See grammar tips here: https://www.duolingo.com/skill/sv/Adjectives-1/tips-and-notes.

Using the link given by ppelk, ''hennes'' is a possessive pronoun which requires ''fina'' Bra forskning ppelk!
