Translation:Take the left position.

Take the left position? I wouldn't say it that way, but it needs a the.


I'm not even 100% certain what it means. Possibly, "take up the position on the left" or "position yourself on the left."


I've heard it used by taxi drivers while driving when they want to know which lane to use, so my instruction is "Ambil posisi kiri" take the left lane. So "take the left position" kinda makes sense. But perhaps it would be better as "take the position on the left" ?
