I had just finished level five of families with no mistakes and the page just froze om me . This is not the first time this has happened and of course I have to cancel and start from the beginning .
Hi, this is the Spanish forum, for getting help with Spanish grammar, vocabulary, resources, etc. Could you please edit your original post and use the drop-down list at top left to change the topic from "Spanish" to "Troubleshooting"? That way it won't clutter up the Spanish forum, and the answers you get might help others who look in Troubleshooting for information on how Duolingo works.
I bloody hate it when that happens! I was doing Choices 2 on the Hungarian course and it was really hard. Then the app stopped responding (I usually do Duolingo on Android) so when I went back onto Duolingo I had to do the lesson again! :(
Hi there ,you know I find too that android app can freeze on me.. I usually do lessons on the website version,that one works better,I only use android app for the language club chat.. Good luck with your studies
I believe that to be successful in any reasonable amount of time, one needs to forget about such mishaps and move on.
It might be your computer, this never happens to me. I can imagine it sucks but, you'll get extra opportunities to practice now, and that's why we're all here! ;-)
I don't think computer's screens freeze. But the tablets and phones could possibly freeze up. So she could be on mobile.
Hi, Maria.. I know how frustrating this may feel but just as other users here sugessted it might be your computer..because it never happens to me while using Duo,but it did happened to me with other websites when our home computer was not acting properly in the past ..
It always seems to happen when you're about to finish a particularly grueling lesson, doesn't it?
