If I said 'Anaichoma' alone, what would I be saying?

the 'moto' isn't necessary, so 'anaichoma' would suffice

Why is the "moto" there? What does it mean in this context?

he is burning it "with fire"?

I have seen this expression used in ancient Hebrew. I've always wondered what else you might burn something with that you would need to distinguish it.
